Can I paint makeup on a moving vlog clip or is this strictly for still portraits? My client sent both. +

This product is built for still frames—think bridal trials, cosplay planning, agency mood boards. Video makeup is a different toolchain (tracking, rotoscoping, NLE plugins).

If I shoot under weird LED or tungsten, how much can I trust the lipstick preview on screen? I do not want to buy the wrong shade. +

Color is only as honest as your lighting and monitor calibration. Shoot in the most neutral light you can, export previews for the client to sign off, and treat digital swatches as directional—not lab-perfect.

I have a Wacom—does pressure actually do anything useful here or is mouse fine? +

Drivers vary; tablet can feel nicer for fine tweaks but mouse editing still works. Install the trial and see if your tablet shows up cleanly on your Windows build.
