Terms of Service
These Terms of Use govern access to this website, downloads, and purchases from GRTSoft. By using the site or software you agree to them.
Acceptance of terms
GRTSoft provides this website, downloadable software, and related services subject to these Terms. If you access the site, download software, or buy a license, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or software.
Description of services
We may offer information, installers, license checkout, and support channels. Features can change; the current Terms always apply.
Software and license
Software is protected by copyright and licensed, not sold. Use is governed by the end user license agreement supplied with each product. Use, copying, or redistribution outside that agreement is not allowed.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Unless your license explicitly allows commercial use, default offerings are for personal, lawful use. Do not misuse the site, bypass security, scrape it aggressively, or interfere with other users. Violations can end your permission to use the site.
Returns and refunds
Digital products are easy to copy once a key is issued. We expect you to try trial builds first. Refund rules are summarized on our Refund Policy.
Refund expectations
We typically cannot refund after a registration email was delivered and used without a qualifying issue. We may refuse refunds for duplicate purchases from another vendor without a replacement order from us, partial bundle refunds, special promotions outside policy, or requests after the stated window. We may approve refunds where the law requires, after verified duplicate charges through the payment platform, when a reproducible technical defect cannot be fixed, or when you never received a key and support did not respond within a reasonable time.
License highlights
Each product includes a full EULA. In short: you get a limited right to install and run the software per your license tier; trial use is time-limited; you may not reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows; software is provided "as is" within limits allowed by law; liability is capped as stated in the packaged EULA.
Content and conduct
You may not use our software or services to break the law, harm people, distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or coordinated harassment.
